Service Description

Yoga Nidra: Deep Rest & Relaxation This will be a 45 minute session with additional time after for anyone who would like to discuss the Yoga Nidra Training in May. Yoga Nidra is a guided practice of deep relaxation that nourishes the body and mind while allowing you to explore the deeper dimensions of the self—your thoughts, memories, and emotions—without effort. All you need to do is find a comfortable position, usually lying on your back in shavasana, and make a gentle effort to stay awake and listen. No prior experience is needed—just come as you are and allow yourself to rest deeply.
