A deeply restorative evening of Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra
Join Cilla for a candlelit practice designed to help you slow down, release tension, and reset your nervous system.
This class begins with gentle Yin Yoga postures and breath awareness, gradually guiding the body into stillness and ease. We then transition into Yoga Nidra—a deeply restorative guided relaxation practice often described as “yogic sleep.”
Yin Yoga
Yin Yoga is a slow, meditative practice where postures are
held for several minutes. These shapes are typically supported
by props and encourage a gentle release into the deeper connective
tissues of the body. This practice supports flexibility, mobility, and
nervous system regulation while cultivating stillness and awareness.
Yoga Nidra
Yoga Nidra is a guided relaxation practice that brings the body into deep rest while the mind remains gently aware. It supports physical, mental, and emotional restoration by guiding you into a state between wakefulness and sleep.
All you need to do is lie down, get comfortable, and listen.
