Candlelight Rest & Renewal: Yin & Yoga Nidra Experience A deeply restorative experience designed to release tensions and invite renewal. This longer session blends gentle Yin yoga postures with Yoga Nidra, creating space for body, mind, and nervous system to realign with the rhythms of nature. We’ll move through supported Yin postures to soften the body, followed by a full-length Yoga Nidra practice for deep restoration and clarity. Soft LED candlelight throughout the session will create a warm, intimate, and peaceful atmosphere, perfect for relaxation and reflection.
