Free Online Yoga Nidra Practice

Rest deeply. Reset your nervous system. Join us for a guided Yoga Nidra practice and optional live Q&A.

What to Expect: Feb 22, 10:30-11:15am

This free online gathering begins with a guided Yoga Nidra practice designed to support deep rest, nervous system regulation, and clarity. After the practice, you’re welcome to stay for an optional Q&A. We’ll answer questions about Yoga Nidra, the practice itself, and share details about our upcoming May Yoga Nidra Training for anyone who’s interested. If you can’t attend live, a recording will be sent to everyone who registers.

Why Yoga Nidra?

Yoga Nidra is a powerful, accessible practice that supports rest at a deep level — physically, mentally, and emotionally. It’s often described as “yogic sleep,” but it’s really a practice of conscious rest that helps restore balance and resilience in the nervous system.

Whether you’re brand new or already familiar with Yoga Nidra, this session offers a chance to experience the practice in a supportive, welcoming space.

Preparing your space at home:

Find a warm, quiet spot where you can rest comfortably without interruption. Traditionally, Yoga Nidra is practiced lying on your back on the floor, but if that isn’t comfortable for you, you’re welcome to practice in a chair, on a massage table, or lying on a bed.

If you’re on the floor, consider:

  • A yoga mat, with a blanket underneath for extra padding

  • A pillow or rolled blanket/towel behind the knees to support the low back

  • Gentle support for the head and neck if needed (a small pillow or rolled towel)

  • A blanket to cover the body, as the body naturally cools during deep relaxation

  • Optional: an eye pillow for added comfort

Set yourself up so you can fully relax and receive.

We’d love to have you join us for this free Yoga Nidra practice and conversation. Come as you are — comfortable, curious, and ready to rest.
