Become Internationally Certified through Yoga Alliance

(25 hours total / 16 contact hours/9 practice/homework)

Join Cilla of Sukha Yoga School for a transformative weekend immersion in Yoga Nidra, the art of conscious rest. This experiential training invites you to deepen your personal practice and gain the skills to guide others into profound states of relaxation, awareness, and inner stillness.

This program is open to everyone—yoga teachers, wellness professionals, therapists, coaches, and practitioners seeking personal renewal. No previous teaching experience is required. You do not need to complete the homework unless you would like a certificate and/or continuing education credit through Yoga Alliance.

Over the weekend, you will explore the roots and modern applications of Yoga Nidra through guided practice, lecture, discussion, and hands-on teaching.
